Have you ever wondered why life seems so complicated? Trials, testings and even temptations all coming your way? You might have even said, “How is this possible now that I am a Christian?” Believe me I’ve been there!
FAITH is a 5 letter word that will greatly impact our life as a Christian. As believers in Christ we will be challenged in every way possible to either give up our faith or grow in it, and that choice is ours alone!
Every month I sit down and ponder on what to share in my blog. Usually I write about things that are on my heart at the moment. There have been some times when I wonder if anyone is even reading these blogs or if I should continue? So to those of you who take the time to read my blogs, THANK YOU!
There’s a song titled “I Am Free” with the chorus saying:

● I am free to dance
● I am free to live for You
● I am free
God’s word tells us each season has a purpose and each one is necessary.
“To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven.” Ecclesiastes 3:1 NKJV
So it is with our lives. There are fun times when things go great and we feel good. Those are usually times we are excited about life and what God has for us. Then, we begin to experience change and no longer feel the same excitement.
I believe that God uses everything to teach us and bring growth and maturity to our lives…

If you ask yourself what you love, what are some things you have a strong liking for, or find great pleasure in? The Bible says, “For where your treasure is, there your heart [your wishes, your desires; that on which your life centers] will be also.” Matthew 6:21 AMP
We can love the things on our list, but as we labor it is important to keep things in proper perspective.
